Neon Flare is headed up by telesales specialist Jessica Smith. Ten years ago Jessica started her career in telesales, selling double glazing around college, she discovered she thrived in the competitive environment and continually smashed her targets.

A move to Brighton lead her to a high pressured insurance sales role. Excelling in the role, she was responsible for coaching new starters and recordings of her calls were used for training throughout the company. Upon returning home to Herefordshire she took a role in a legal software house, as Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator, where she developed the firm's User Group, managed clients and ran sales operations.

Deciding she wanted to go it alone, she went freelance and set up Neon Flare in 2008.

On a personal level she is attuned to Master's level at Reiki, practises crystal healing and is in love with the Audi R8!
