Paula Smith handles finances at Neon Flare. Having worked in both accounts and management during her career, she has a calm and organised approach to running her department.

She has had a varied career including being a buyer for a chain of gift shops as well as running their warehouse and logistics operations. Paula has a great eye for detail and it is a running joke that she can recognise people in the street from over half a mile away!

In her personal life Paula is a tireless , dedicated, family orientated Mum and Wife! When she gets a second to herself she enjoys swimming, visiting Saundersfoot and relaxing at home to watch Disney films!
